SOLUTION FOR DULL HAIRS
Wash your hair with your normal shampoo. Then you will want to condition it. When it's time to rinse the conditioner out use cool water to rinse the conditioner. I do this every time and have great shine to my hair. if you follow the above mensioned tip your dry hair problem can be easily solved.
