How to water your indoor plants
The best way to water house plants is from the bottom. Place plant in a sink/bowl full of water (room temperature) and let soak until plant is noticeably heavier. This is a great tip for plants that have become root bound and the soil is very compact. If you water a plant in this condition from the top, the water will run straight out of the pot and the root system will never get proper hydration. Soak Time: 1-1.5 hours unless soil is very dry and compact then you should soak overnight.
